We care about our products, and to do that, logically enough, we do the best to be in top shape to meet your needs. However, it sometimes happens that an order was broken during shipping or something else is going on so you are entitled to a warranty claim. Legally, you are required to report within two months from the time of discovery of the defect notice to us to make it. If the defect is within the terms of the warranty, we will, free of charge, arrange for a repair or a replacement.

As of February 15, 2016, it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere then you are free to file your complaint via the platform of the European Union.
