Before you start the Curlygirl Method, it is recommended that you wash your hair one last time with a shampoo that contains sulfates.

This shampoo ensures that all silicones are washed out of your hair.

This shampoo is therefore only suitable as a final wash if you are going to start with the cg method. Or if you've used products that aren't Curlygirlfriendly again.
