Delivery time & shipping costs
We do our best to deliver your order to you as soon as possible. The delivery time is 1-3 working days. However, we are not always able to fulfill this, sometimes products are not in stock and the delivery of your order may take a little longer. There is an indication of the delivery time on the product page. If for whatever reason we cannot meet this delivery time, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.
The stated prices do not include shipping costs.
Shipping costs within the Netherlands
Orders up to 30 euros: 5.955
Orders above 30 euros: Free
Shipping costs to Belgium and Germany
Orders up to 75 euros: 8.955
Orders above 75 euros: Free
Delivery is via Post NL. In general, the delivery will take place on the next working day between 9:00 and 18:00. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery.
It may happen that you want to return a (partial) order. Whatever the reason, you have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt, without giving any reason. In other words: you want to make use of your right of withdrawal.
You have again after cancellation 14 days to return your order (partially) . As soon as your return has been received by us in good condition, we will credit the amount you paid for the returned product. The shipping costs for returning you to curlygirlfriendly.nl are for your own account (costs depend on your own carrier).
If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and if reasonably possible in the original condition and packaging. To exercise this right, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days of receipt of your return, provided the product is in good condition.s.
If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged more than is necessary to try the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is well packed when returning.

Warranty & Complaints
We care about our products and logically do our best to deliver them to you in top condition. However, it sometimes happens that an order is broken during transport or that something else happens that allows you to make a claim under warranty. From a legal point of view, you are obliged to report this to us within two months of discovering the defect. If the defect falls within the warranty, we will arrange for repair or replacement free of charge.
It can always happen that something does not go quite as planned. We recommend that you first make complaints known to us by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. If this does not lead to a solution, it is possible to register your dispute for mediation via Stichting WebwinkelKeur via https://www.webwinkelkeur.nl/consument/geschil/.
From 15 February 2016 it is also possible for consumers in the EU to register complaints via the ODR platform of the European Commission. This ODR platform can be found at http://ec.europa.eu/odr. If your complaint is not yet being handled elsewhere, you are free to file your complaint via the European Union platform.
